Refunds/Cancellations:

We do not offer refunds on any group or private class purchases.

Should Soulsona cancel an event for any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given, or your session rescheduled.

Group Sound Journey events organised by Soulsona can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before by the link in your confirmation e-mail.

For your own privately organised Group or Private Sound Journey, 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling, otherwise full payment is required. No refunds.

For One-on-One sessions, up to 24 hours notice is required to reschedule the appointment time. This can be done by contacting Soulsona on 0417 621 549 or relax@soulsona.au

Sound Healing Contraindications

Do you have any of the following health conditions? Sound induced epilepsy, Stent, Pacemaker, Metallic Implant, artificial joints and screws, recent surgery, Acute Inflammation, Open Wounds, Pregnancy (especially within the first 12 weeks).

You are still able to attend Sound Healing Events, though caution is advised. If you are in any doubt, please check with your health practitioner & advise the Sound Healing Facilitator.

We’d love to have you along to experience the amazing benefits of sound healing, so please reach out prior to your transaction if you have any questions or concerns!

Photography

Photography and Videography may be taken and some of these images may be used to for the business on the website or any social media platform. If you do not want your photo to be used, please request in writing not to have any material of you used in our distribution.

Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above cautions and accept full responsibility for my own well-being. I ensure that my health is fit to participate, and I enter this session of my own free will, taking full responsibility for any and all outcomes of my experience and releasing Michelle Robinson (Soulsona) of any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my attendance.
