This can include guided meditation, reiki, coaching, use of essential oils, the sound journey and some take home tools.

Session 1 – 90min Sound Healing RELAX

A gentle introduction to sound healing to help bring you into a deeply relaxed state to prepare your body and mind to feel calmer and more connected.

Session 2 – 90min Sound Healing RESET

In deep relaxation is where we can surrender and really allow the sounds to penetrate within to help let go of stressors and to begin to positively influence and cultivate change.

Session 3 – 90min Sound Healing REDISCOVER

Your body and mind awareness are growing as we expand on all of the previous sessions. You become more attuned to emotions and sensations and can delve deeper into your own healing.

Session 4 – 90min Sound Healing AWAKEN

In being the main contributor to your own transformation and healing, you have emerged with more peace, clarity and understanding of yourself and your way forward. You may even feel some pain relief through the gentle vibrations and release of stagnant energy.
